Appliance Repair by Town and Country Appliance in Longmont, Colorado

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Buying from these people has been an absolute nightmare! We purchased a washer and dryer set which came with a "90 day warranty". After they delivered and installed I washed clothes then proceeded to use the dryer, only it didn't turn on. I checked everything, the breaker, the outlet, I mean EVERYTHING! So we called and had service come out. Service took another 2 days to come out. They came and "fixed" the problem. 2 days later the dryer stops working AGAIN! We called again and they were scheduled to come out. We were given a time frame of 9 - 12. They called at 7 am and said they would be there in 15 minutes. Frustrating because WE HAVE JOBS! So we rescheduled. Second time was a 12-4 time frame. They never showed up and called us after 4 to say they were coming to pick up the washer and dryer. We were completely unaware that we were giving back the pair. The owner of the Longmont and Thornton location is a joke and so is their manager! Save yourself the hassle and don't go here. ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS!!

Very Very unhappy. I had a refrigerator delivered that was supposed to be in good shape I viewed pictures online When is what delivered it looked like it had fallen off a truck. I have pictures but for some reason they wont post. The delivery guy was extremely rude. I refused the refrigerator and 3 weeks later have not received my refund. They do not return phone calls and Matt the owner never receives any messages left. Run away!!!! Nothing they have it good. They will take your money.
