| Jessica Wilder | EXTREMELY frustrating process with this company. Poor customer service!! We booked them through our home warranty company. We needed a new part for our freezer. We set a time directly with J&J appliances for a Tuesday afternoon. We set this appointment about 3 days in advance. My husband and I both work, but my office is closer still about 30 min from our house so I asked off work starting at noon so I could go meet J&J appliances during our window of 1-5. We get a text at 8 PM Monday night that they will be early and they'll see us between 11 and 3 now. When we told them that didn't work, they basically were like “so what”. I had a very important meeting that Tuesday morning and I was very stressed the whole time I was going to miss the window for our fridge repair. I rushed home and the repair man spent 15 minutes on our fridge, made me dispose of the trash, and the icing on the cake: didn't even fix the freaking freezer. He had to come back again on Friday once again at an inconvenient time slot to fix his mistake. Would not recommend at all. They caused us a lot of stress and unnecessarily took up a lot of our time. |
