Appliance Repair by Westside Appliance Repair & Smart Home in Urbandale, Iowa

I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Levi, the repair technician from Westside Appliance Repair. He was courteous, friendly and professional. That by itself would not prompt me to post a review - the following would. After repairing the washer, he noticed there was a bad smell to the water, he offered to start a load of wash or run Afresh through a cycle. I was recovering from surgery and could not have done this myself. This willingness to “go the extra mile” is what makes Westside stand out. Thank you! Chrystal Stanley

All employees I dealt with on the phone and in person were friendly and efficient. They were willing to work around my schedule in order to schedule an appointment; the appointment was very conveniently scheduled for the next day after the phone call. The technician arrived promptly after calling me first. He was quick, knowledgeable, and explained in detail both the problem and solution. I will call Westside again when I need repairs!
