I could have ripped it off prior to going if I knew it was needed or came back after I got it off. It was clear it would not have passed the legal limit and by no means did I want to pay extra to be told that! Not telling someone a service is needed and will cost more is bad business. No one likes to pay for unexpected service when not informed. Will not go back! |
