| Dream Weaver | Rene Mercado came charged me over 3 grand. To fix my furnace. He never fixed it. Kept making up all these extra charges and things that needed to be fixed to get more money. And none of what he told me. Needed to be done. Had a real tech look or over and was told they hooked it up completely wrong so it would break in 2 months. And have to fix it again. This guy is a complete thief. And very rude. He will steal your money never fix the issue. And doesn't want to do any work. He also charged me double for a furnace and never gave me any receipt or invoice for it. And he kept begging me for all the money before he even did anything. Or pretended to do anything. He is fake and a scammer. He should not be allowed to work on people's equipment. I will be filing a police report and filing Civil action against thus crook. And have him arrested for stealing my money. . |

I had to call multiple times and work my way through a stream of ruder and ruder employees to speak with. They came to my shop multiple times to "fix" a problem that was ultimately never fixed even after saying it was, and of course, charged a premium price for it. No help at all. I would recommend literally any other HVAC service. |
