| Wendy Dixon | POOR CUSTUMER SERVICE. 12/5/17. 2:50 pm. approx. We needed a part, they had it there we had called ahead and the clerk wouldn't sell it to us. He said my husband wasn't certified to put a 6.00 part in that we did buy down the street 15 minutes later. No certification needed either. By the way...my husband IS certified but the clerk already made his mind up and we didn't have time to waste. I never want to hear small businesses complain they don't get enough business ever again in that area. He actually told my husband to go somewhere else and not nicely either. I wish we would have gotten his name. I would like to rate less than 1. |
