| Lisa Hefling | If I could rate them a negative, I would!! My husband and I purchased 2 refrigerators for some rental properties. Within 6 months of use, purchased in Aug not used till Decemberone of the freezers quit working correctly. The freezer continues to thaw everything out, puddle water in the bottom of the fridge and refreeze regularly. When we called to have the issue addressed, it took my husband a week just to reach someone and then their response was " well, we will sell you another refrigerator for 150.00 plus delivery"... are you serious? We just spent 400.00? Why would I BUY anything else from you if you are not going to stand behind what you have already sold me? It is obvious that the freezer did not work correctly from the beginning, but you are unwilling to even acknowledge those facts. When we asked to speak with the owner, we have never heard a word. We have been given the run around. I do not recommend anyone use this company. They will tell you that they stand behind what they sell but it is quite clear they do not.... |
