I called Joe because I was having a problem with my remote. It was 'stuck' on 'mute'. I didn't know what to do, after having tried to fix it myself, so I made the phone call to Jerry. I spoke with Joe on the phone when I called. He was so helpful! He help me troubleshoot over the phone with me and actually was able to fix the problem. I will definitely call him in the future for any other audio-visual system needs. He was very, knowledgeable and was certainly above and beyond with customer service. A+++++.

We just moved to my new Home in the area and JAF Professional Installation Services helped us with the entire process. They did TV Installation and TV Mounting for all 8 TV's in our home. They made sure that all the TV's had no wires showing and gave that floating look.
