Elite Mechanical did a first class job. The work they did was top notch and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Saturday night I woke up and realized my A/C was not working as it was much warmer than it should have been. I went outside and realized the fan had stopped spinning but the compressor was still running. I shut it down and retried operating the A/C on Sunday morning with zero luck. In my experience with calling HVAC Companies, I was fearful whomever I would call was going to just immediately tell me that I needed to replace the outside unit instead of attempting any kind diagnosis of the real problem. I tried to narrow my Google search down for a reputable company to call that at least appeared as though they would diagnose my problem. I found First Class Elite Mechanical and because it was Sunday, I was forced to leave a voice message, not expecting any call back until Monday at least, and was preparing to be in an overheated house. Boy, I could not of been more wrong! A true gentleman Garrett Burbee called me back in less then 10 minutes and interviewed me over the phone in order to get the full picture as to what was going on with the A/C. Then he told me that he was available to come out within one-half hour! I could not believe the exceptional customer service I was already receiving, and he hadn't even gotten there yet. He arrived 5 minutes early in-fact, and seemed excited to help me figure out what was going on with my A/C Equipment. Garrett was by far the best HVAC Technician I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with more than my fair share. I knew right away I was in good hands. He explained everything he was doing and had my A/C back up and running in less then 15 minutes. It turned out to be an inexpensive capacitor thankfully!! Although you would imagine that would be it, that I would receive a bill and he would be gone to enjoy what was left of his Sunday. I couldn't have been more wrong. Garrett wanted to inspect my Air-Handler in the basement, he recommended a new filter replacement, and gave me excellent maintenance tips to insure my Heat and A/C Equipment will last for years to come. It's not often these days, getting such a high level of service, but Garrett and First Class Elite Mechanical raised the bar for sure!! I would so highly recommend Garrett and First Class Elite Mechanical to anyone in need of HVAC work. Keep up the excellent work guys!!
