William Ewing | We plugged over 700 in parts into a fix with these guys, which did not result in our oven being fixed. We were not able to keep any of the parts which were replaced, despite buying the new ones outright, and in hindsight likely being in good repair. The problem was never accurately diagnosed. I will look elsewhere for help, and I might suggest others likewise. |
Christopher Stehman | My experience was not the same as most, apparently. I called on a Thursday and was told that there was a possibility that a tech could make it out the same day - no tech showed up, not call back. I called the next day, Friday, and the same person had to take down all of my information again leading me to believe they didn't write it down the first time, and was told they were scheduling for Wednesday of the following week. I scheduled, and received a confirmation with a picture of the tech on the day before my repair was scheduled. The tech never showed up, I received and email an EMAIL, mind you, for a cancellation - not a phone call at 4:00 PM stating that my appointment had been cancelled. I called back the next day and was greeted with a recording stating that they no longer had a technician and could not perform any service. To make a long story short: between the vacation time burned and the cost to have an actual service company come out to perform the repair, we're not too far off from the original cost of the refrigerator in the first place which wasn't cheap. If I was told that there was a service tech required to change a light bulb in one of my appliances I would replace the appliance before calling these people to do any work. I mean who cancels an appointment via email 15 minutes before they close? A simple phone call with an explanation would've gone a long way. Completely and utterly unprofessional. |
Daniel Pfeifer | Just tried calling on 8/19 and the Voicemail said they have lost their technician and not accepting calls. |
