Driving Florida to Texas, my driving partner put gasoline in my diesel, ugh. Found Madison automotive on maps, read reviews and called. John immediately sent the tow truck, backed my truck into his shop, and tasked crew members to rectify the fuel issue. Madison automotive is by no means a five star facility with all the amenities, but they do have the five star crew. They worked together, stayed on point, kept me reassured, and went well over and above to get me back on the road. John Mays is a very personable lead man who understands the core importance contributing to the community. I would like to express my appreciation to Rick and his support staff. For me Madison Automotive is five star and has put Madison Florida on the map forever

We can't thank the crew enough for getting us back on the road! We were almost broken down and called them, John told us to come in and they immediately stared work on our RV. Rick was so awesome about trying to find the source of the problem. I would definitely recommend this shop!
