I called about having my dishwasher fixed and I received a call back shortly and when asked what my model was, I told him I was out of the house and I would call back with the model when I got home. That was the last contact we had. I called back over 5 times and was “assured” I would hear something within the hour every time I called. I even text him like he asked with the model information with no response either to several text messages as well. One of the strangest interactions I have ever had to not even receive a call back from a company I am trying to give money to after 5 calls. I even mentioned that if they didn't want to do the job, I was ok with that, but have the common courtesy to tell me that instead of promising to call back and NEVER CALLING. Very, very poor customer service. Do not recommend. |
