Lisa Tropeano-Tringale | Was at the store today to buy a new toilet.it was very busy, but the associate Pete took the time to talk to me and helped me to make a decision. Unfortunately the one I needed was high up on the shelves and needed to get a fork lift and another associate Christo get it down. Every time Pete was approached by someone else who needed help he would call over another associate to help them instead of just telling them he was busy. Both associates made sure everyone was safely out of the way in both aisles before they started. Chris thanked Us for being so patient! I was impressed. PS also was thankful to the associate who got it in the car for us. |
Rob Caron | Every time I come here I feel like the service is worse. It's hard to find anyone that knows anything. And God help you if you want your lumber to actually be straight. You have to go through 3 times the amount of stock you want to find anything usable |
