| Gabriella | First I would like to say that I love this store. we went to the main location in Gloversville to buy a juki serger and everyone was very helpful and nice. Today we went to the Saratoga location and The lady was very rude and not friendly or helpful at all! When we were looking at the beautiful things they had on display the rude lady was staring at my mom, looking and her up and down with a dirty look. We were excited to look at some sewing tables and the fabrics but the lady kept staring at us and being rude, not friendly or smiling. We'll never come here again but we're excited to go back to their other location because they have everything and they're so nice |
