| Wes | Wouldn't go back here even if they offered free services...they denied causing damage to my vehicle after admitting that the tech was human and could have made a mistake that caused the problem. I later took my vehicle to another mechanic who explained that the Tuscaloosa tire mechanic appears to have forgotten to disengage a switch that he turned on which caused the damage. I paid this new mechanic to take pics of the damaged part and replace it. My vehicle has been running perfectly since. Never again Tuscaloosa tire and services. Not worth the stress,money or frustration of waiting for a call from the owner...who never returned my calls anyway. |
