Appliance Repair by Vollans Automotive in Sedro-Woolley, Washington

I have on occasions stopped in with questions about engine warning light on my Toyota Tacoma. Tim did diagnosis identifying quick fix solutions that could do myself. I received mail discounts and took advantage of them for service. Tim and his crew do thorough check of my vehicle even on simple oil change. I have referred work to several neighbors and friends and they were very satisfied with the work and thanked me for the referral.

The main reason I continue to use Vollans as my go to repair shop is because I know the work will be done to the highest standard. I also enjoy the personal service. For now, I have to give only four stars because my last visit, I was in the waiting room. They completely forgot wwas there with my car. For whatever reason someone on staff closed the waiting room door and I was left and until I reminded them I was waiting. You asked, so I'm giving you an honest answer, hopefully this will never happen again.

I can't say enough about this place! From the guys in the front to the people working on your vehicle in the shop. They are all such good people and really do a good job fixing up what's going on. And so so fast! I trust these people like my own family. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Thank you Vollans! You're all amazing.
