| Eddie Strack | Called for washing machine repair Monday. Scheduled appointment for same day from 1-4 for tech to come out and see what's up. Tech calls to push the appointment back during the original 1-4 window stating he will be at the house from 5-7. @6:08pm, tech calls to reschedule for the next day. I understand things happen, but what happened next was why I am rating one star. Office confirmed early Tuesday for the rescheduled appointment from 5-7. 6:30pm rolls around and the tech hasn't showed or confirmed. I call the office/dispatch number and they say they'll follow up with the tech to see where he is. He says he is running late and will arrive after 7pm. FINALLY, he shows, but 15 minutes LATE. I get things happen, but the lack of communication and respect from the repair technician earns a 1-star rating... |
