All Best Buy are supposedly authorized by Apple, but dont waste time going to this place or all Geek squad, instead visit directly Genius Bar who are experts in Apple. I was more than 4 hours with my iphone and apple watch and they don't have clue and didnt say nothing... I waste 4 hours. I had to go to Genius Bar next day and they fix everything less than 30 min. |
