Honestly a terrible experience all around. Went to the store to purchase a new stackable washer and dryer. Picked out the pair, and spent the next hour with the appliance associate trying to check out. The associate didn't know what hoses needed to go with the washer and dryer but they thought they figured it out. However, they didn't ring them up with the purchase. I told them they would be stacked, but they never said I needed a separate kit to stack them. I found that out researching the next day and called back to ask for it. Then I was called a second time because of the hoses. The next day when the delivery crew came to the house, we discovered that the stack kit they sent wasn't the correct one. The delivery drivers went back to the store and, surprise, they didn't have the right one. Not only that, but no Lowe's in the area had one. This was after they already took my old washer and dryer away. I was left with no usable washer and dryer and no one was able to tell me when the stackable kit would potentially arrive. Not only that, but they didn't give me the right washer and dryer hoses! So I did my research, got the stack kit and hoses from best buy, and hooked everything up myself. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a Lowe's. They were basically content with leaving me without a washer and dryer. At least the delivery crew attempted to help.

Very friendly service, clean restrooms, they will usually match a price if you find it lower some.other place
