Sherren Carter | I would not refer any one to use this company after my terrible experience using them last week. I contacted the company when I noticed my central unit wasn't blowing cold air. When Andy came and check my system he said that it needed gas and asked if I wanted him to put more in? Of course I said yes, put the gas in if that is what's needed. The unit started to cool as normal, I paid the 236 fee and returned to work. After I got off work and came home the unit had stopped blowing cold air. I called Clean Air again, got voicemail , left message but didn't receive a return call this was on Friday. Yet the online information for the business states 24 hour service. Late Saturday afternoon I was able to contact Andy, he came out again, stated there was a small leak that he must have missed the day before, he fixed that leak and unit started blowing cold air, no additional charge. The unit cooled as normal for about three hours only. I called Andy again, got voicemail, left couple messages, no return call. On Monday when Andy finally decided to return my call, he then told me that there was a leak in my unit line, that was the reason for the unit not cooling since the gas was leaking and not best interest for me to consider repair factoring the age of the unit. After all of this, why couldn't Andy just be up front and honest with me on his first trip and tell me that there was a leak in the line and putting gas in was just going to leak back out. Surely if I would have been informed of the facts, I wouldn't have paid for gas knowing that it wasn't going to solve my problem. I'm an honest person and only expect honesty in return. |
