| Michelle Colyer | DO NOT rent equipment from Waters True Value in Emporia, KS! Rented an excavator and used for a MAXIMUM of 8.5 hours .... charged me for 11 hours! Said that's what the meter on the machine shows...their meters are clearly off, asked they get that checked. One of the owners told me they do not tamper with the meters so they can charge people extra money. 1st I did NOT imply that, I was simply suggesting their meter was not working properly! Would not accommodate in any way!!! |
| Richard Uhlrich | Dropped off a storm window to have the glass replaced. They said they should have it done later in the day, which sounded great. I waited until the following morning to pick it up, when I was informed it wasn't ready and whoever is the only repairman wasn't working today. And it may take 2 weeks! 2 weeks! Ridiculous! Obviously I took it elsewhere where I got it done the same day. Terrible service! |
