Fan was working in back, But still the temp was only registering 50 degrees in freezer and refrigerator . Never heard the compressor come on though. The technician, Doyle, arrived on time, checked out the circuit board, which was all good. The freezer coils were frosted inside due to the fan blade had fallen off. Doyle explained it all to me. Very knowledgeable and professional. In and out in less than an hour. Gave me a 30 day guarantee . My 12 year old GE is up and running again and I couldn't be happier.
