I went to this shop to clean my leather purse. Although he suggested recoloring for 50 but I insisted on just cleaning. When I got the purse, he said it didn't make a difference after cleaning so he recolored the purse without my permission and charged me 20 for cleaning. I didn't pay close attention when I was at the shop. I just felt the leather was not as soft as it is supposed to be. When I got back and looked closer, I realized he painted my purse with thick paint and I can peel it off with my hands. Underneath the paint, I found a lot of scratches on the leather. He ruined my purse and my evening. I cried all night. |
