Appliance Repair by Lowe’s Home Improvement in Galax, Virginia

This is an awesome store for all your home improvement needs plus many other items for decorating and making repairs in your home. The staff have always bern friendly and helpful. Can't imagine a better customer service experience anywhere else.

The order was placed easily and no problem at the service desk. However I waited at least 15 minutes for the person sent to get the item to seemingly go all the way to the back of the store to not find the item that was just across the aisle from the service desk. Where someone was waiting to hand it to her. Four stars for the staff that helped me, minus a star for the pick up person.

they almost always have what I need or something to "make it work. the departments don't always answer the phones but in person they are usually very helpful. they provide discounts to veterans and active duty.
