| Fred Csiky | This is a nice little independently-owned appliance store that has real World prices and decent salesman ship however the delivery guys were idiots and when I told their boss of my experience, he stuck up for them for scratching a freezer rather than apologizing to me for their hurried carelessness. One of them was sick and my wife got the bug from him 2 Days Later; yet the boss again told me it was not contagious and his wife couldn't get rid of it all in the same sentence. That sure sounds like a lie. They also broke a lightbulb on the way down the steps and set the freezer in the gravel with no protection in the driveway didn't get it leveled properly and had to be told how to do their job. The delivery was a straight shot down a few steps very simple. What would they have done if it would have been a complicated one. |
