Appliance Repair by Subzero and Viking Fridge Repair in Seattle, Washington

I called on Friday to schedule a repair. I surprisingly was able to get an appointment for the next day with a 9:AM to 12:PM window. The day of my appointment I received a call from a woman in their office saying that the tech's vehicle broke down and that he couldn't make the 9 to 12PM window. She asked if I could do the 12 to 3:PM window instead. I replied saying that this appointment turning into a 6 hour window? She said that his vehicle was fixed and that he could commit to arriving by 1:PM. I said that would be better and the called ended. I then get a call back from the same person saying that he can't make it by 1:PM either. At this point I've realized that this company doesn't honor their word, or their commitment. She offered me a Tuesday afternoon appointment because Monday was booked up. I told her that I was going schedule with repair company.

I highly recommend Subzero and Viking Fridge repair company as an expert in cooling appliance services. My fridge is different brand but they fix it one visit. Technician had all replacements parts and was able diagnose and repair my fridge. I'm very satisfied.

I was really disappointed. The technician came out and looked at unit for maybe 10 minutes. He said it didn't have fre-on and then said literally every component would have to be replaced in the unit and that it wasn't worth it. I asked for an invoice for repair and never got it. It was a waste of time and money.
