| Be Kool | Bought 5 appliances and a bedroom set worth over 8,000 and was happy until after 4 months my dishwasher broke and it's been over a month of waiting on them to fix it. Also I think it's ironic that when we asked if they would by back our bedroom set that we have just had for a year there was no conversation on what shape it was in or even if we were interested in upgrading. Very rude service. I'm never spending another dime there. I suggest other to not either because even if you have someone who use to work there and it use to be a great place it isnt anymore. Very disappointed. Also our regular sales person Jeff was uninterested and just told us that "hope gene can get it figured out for you". There was no effort to make sure the customer us was getting taken care of to make sure we came back. |

I got several kitchen appliances at a great price and needed to have them stored until my new house was ready for nearly 2 months. I had to amend my order & they were very good about changing things around for me. Appliances were delivered after a two hour commute due to the distance from my house & store in North Platte. Will shop there again for any future needs. |
