| jenece wedgeworth | I wish I could give this place negative stars.. I went in to purchase a dining room table. The manager was nice. The sales person, Patricia was the worst. She couldn't complete my order because she continued to walk away from me to help another associate with her customer. I wouldn't have minded but I told her we needed to complete my order because I have somewhere to be. Once she finally completed my order, I paid half in cash and the remainder on my debit card. Once I left, I get a call telling me that my table is on back stock until MAY.. I told them I would come in to get my refund, I'm not waiting months. I go in to get my refund and they tell me that they can only refund the portion of my money that I paid with my card, and that I would have to wait on a check for the portion I paid in cash.. that makes absNO SENSE!! I will NEVER walk through the doors of that place again |
