| Carol Scheierl | We bought all our appliances at Benusa a few years ago. And we like them. Went into the store last Saturday. It is now Karl's. We showed them papers on a washer and dryer. To see if they would match the price. Papers had measurements on and the business wrote the price on. We had the business card. The older short lady said we can match. I will check with my boss. Didn't sound like it would be a problem. She called on Monday and said no. Because it is not a ad. Was dissapointed. That is their prices. They don't always have a ad. She acted like she didn't believe us. We have bought there in the past. She sounded kinda snutty. Just felt like she didn't care if she got our business or not. Don't know if we will ever go back. Maybe if they get some different people to work there. I will say that the place was at Quality Appliance in St . Cloud. Behind the Crossroads. They us the prices and printed off the paperwork. They are very nice there. |
