| B. B. | Thomas showed up to repair a problem on my refrigerator at our business. He was ON TIME which was great because as you know, it is not common in the repair industry for them to be on time. When Thomas showed up, I had actually forgotten to tell him that I had fixed our problem because someone had turned the temperature the wrong way. He did not want to charge me a service charge even though it was my fault that I had not called to cancel. I insisted he charge me something for his time, and so he only charged me 25.00 which is half of what his normal charge it. Nice guy, showed up on time. Highly recommend. I will be calling him for any problems I might have in the future for our appliances. |
