I called yesterday to make an appointment for my broken dryer another repair company had already canceled. This time I was looking for a company I can trust, luckily I found Professional Appliance Repair. They could come immediately, but I wasn't available, so we scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician was so great, he called me in the morning and told, he would arrive within an hour, as was planned. He diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly, was professional, friendly and explained the situation very clearly. I was looking for a company with a good reputation, so based on this experience, I agree with all of the other recent reviewers who raved about this company's service.
