| Stephanie Mushrush | Ashely Furniture is very unreliable. We went in and found the furniture we wanted. Then were told it would be several weeks to get it. We were not happy but decided we would wait. Then they call 2 days before the delivery date to say they were pushing it back another 2 weeks. No compensation for us at all was offered. Not even an apology. We have already sold our other furniture but will be canceling the order with Ashley and going elsewhere. I do not recommend them to anyone! My grandmother had the same kind of experience 5 years ago...they delivered her furniture at 3 AM!! That's ridiculous!!! |

| Megan Sanchez | We ordered a living room set. The day it was delivered, it was completely wrong. Wrong color, no cupholders, and damaged. After speaking to customer care who was useless, we went to the store to figure it out with them. They were horrible! I do not reccomend this store. It will be our last time, we will find elsewhere to purchase furniture. |
