An hour and a half into the appointment window, I received a text that my appointment was canceled with no additional information. Once I got someone on the phone, I was told I was SOL and the soonest they could come out was a week later. Now three weeks without a fridge and a wasted day off of work, I'm back at square one. DO NOT RELY ON SEARS APPLIANCE REPAIR IF YOU NEED WORK DONE. |
