| Paul Pealer | Might be knowledgeable but not dependable. We had an appointment to fix a leaking ice maker. He worked on it about an hour. We left and it still leaked overnight. After trying to contact him by phone several times getting messages that the mail box was full then leaving messages he finally answered and we went back to his shop where he worked on the ice maker about another hour. Overnight it still leaked. Tried calling many times getting message that his mail box was full, then was able to leave a message, but he didn't return the call. Over a week later when we had returned home 700 miles he called and said that he had discovered a note to call me. |
| Frank Bloe | Everybody gets a one star once in a while, but few get 5 stars, otherwise, all of the time. Read between the lines people. Hobson earned a 5 star from me for sure. Promised a Dometic fridge 3 months earlier and it was there when we finally could get back to Elhart. Drove 250 miles to get there but would have driven 500 or 750 for what we got. Friendly, educating, knowledgable, professional, what else could you want. Got a professional install with personal restoration of my coach to pristine condition after the install. Would recommend them to anyone, anytime. Price was fair. Work was best you could ask for. |
