Bailey Thomas | Best home appliance repair in the upstate! Highly recommend! |
Becky McCullough | My husband and I were disappointed by the service provided; we had a tech come in and install a part on our Frigidaire double oven and the tech found another major issue while he was there- apparently, the ribbon connecting the mother board for the oven was frayed and needed to be replaced. We ordered the necessary part and they came back out to install it. Unfortunately, this did not fix the problem and we continued to receive the same error message we had originally. After spending 500 and two tech visits not to mention waiting weeks for the expensive new part to come in, we are very frustrated that the original issue was never solved. In response to a follow up phone call to see if they would be willing to come back out to try and figure out again what the actual problem was since they misdiagnosed it, the person who answered the phone was highly unprofessional, stating that I should have called sooner since the part only had a one month warranty. We will NOT do business with these people again. |
