Wow, after reading some of these reviews I felt like I should share my experience with Pro-Cam. I've used you guys twice, once to fix a problem that another repair company who shall remain nameless actually caused while fixing my washer. So far I have been very pleased, you've been able to keep my way too expensive, and now old and well used washer running for a fraction of the price of replacing it. Tim has always been courteous, he shows up exactly when he says he will, and they have been kind enough to work with me on scheduling. Since I'm a school teacher, that is really important to me, I can't just take off at a moment's notice. I will definitely use you guys again. Sorry I didn't write a review sooner, but I do recommend you to anyone who asks for an appliance repair referral!

I would give it no stars if possible. Came out to repair my dryer, said he could hear the noise but would not even take the time to see what the problem was because he can't diagnosis the problem since it wasn't giving a code. So he would not even look at the unit. Then told us we needed to clean out the dryer vent that it was full and and that it was located in the attic which is false because it's vent out the side of the house. What a joke and a waste of my time. I called my warranty company and they stated that was not right, so they are sending out a different company since this one can't do there job.

Spoke with Tim via phone who inquired of the problem I was having. He provided me with a window of his ETA and was right on time. Professional, courteous and polite accurately describe his work. He ensured all items worked prior to departure. I would highly recommend Tim and Pro Cam.
