I started to order online but decided to call the store. Im so glad I did! The ladies helping me were friendly and very helpful. I spoke to Kim and she was excellent! I finished my order with Judy she was excellent too. The furniture arrived as expected. The 2 sets were absolutely beautiful and great quality! The delivery guys were respectful to my new walls and flooring and they worked quickly to set everything up. I could not be happier and will definitely shop here again. Ordered a reasonably priced couch from here and selected the in home delivery option, and I'm very glad I did. The gentlemen arrived on time with the couch already setup. They were polite and courteous, and professionals that made moving a huge couch look like a piece of cake. The delivery couldn't have been more flawless and I'm more than satisfied with our great couch. I will definitely be ordering from here in the future, and I would recommend Ashley stores, as well as their delivery, to absolutely anyone. They're so worth it!
