Hanna Davis | They are only getting one star because of the really nice delivery guy. I don't think the guys in the store care about anything, but making money. We went in for a mattress only. Told two different employees. By the time we signed paperwork they had us down for an entire bedroom set, everything EXCEPT for the mattress. Never received any updated paperwork. Still haven't been told a price. We got the wrong mattress the first time and when we got the right one, it was used, not in a box, with dirty stains on it. We asked if we could pay every 2 weeks, now I'm getting calls and emails not even a week later, telling me out payment is due. We will probably be sending their stuff back. They do not care about their customers. Should have taken it as a sign when we first went in, a lady was very upset because she had waited 2 months for a remote for her TV. |
