| T Lawrence | Our stove stopped working so we had BA come out to fix it. Setting up the appointment was easy and the nice lady on the phone was so nice and pleasant! We were scheduled for the technician to come out a lot sooner than I had expected which was nice considering the stove was not working. Bill called me when he was about 30 away. He showed up driving a nice clean professional work vehicle. He was also dressed very professional and was super friendly and courteous. He came in and did his work while my 4 year old was all in his personal space but he never seemed to mind at all. He was very kind to my son as he was watching everything Bill was doing. Bill explained the issue and was able to get it fixed. He answered all my questions and off he went. I would definitely recommend this business if you need your appliance fixed! They will always be our go to business from now on! |
