We bought a display for our oven/microwave after one month it ceased working, guy came out last Monday, very flippant attitude and said part was discontinued, and didnt know what they could do, would speak to Manager, 10 days later-and after calling every single day, just to be put to answer machine, with no call back, we still do not have a working cooker/microwave. I have a family to feed and cook for, this is extremely not acceptable. My advice - BE CAUTIOUS, you may never get any response and no resolution to fixing a part they supplied. From a very unsatisfied customer. |
