Willy was outstanding! Incredibly professional and reasonably priced. Came the next day to fix my washer. He's Ukrainian so he speaks with a fairly heavy dialect, but his English is very good. It is readily evident he's very smart and knowledgeable and while I was at home at the time, in the future I wouldn't hesitate for a second to leave him in my house alone. You can't ask for more from a contractor than to be fair and honest and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Willy!

I called on a Saturday, Willy came out pretty quickly and diagnosed my LG refrigerator. He said he would have to order part would have Monday or Tuesday. I wrote on his ticket my office and cell number explaining I would need 30 minutes to get to the house , call me when on the way. Monday he called my house, I noticed the call when I got home in the evening, so I called him again explaining to call my office or cell, said he would try again Tuesday. After no word on Tuesday, I again came home and had 2 messages from him, again he called house number.. I called him again and again explained he would have to call my office or cell as I work, he started out wanting to argue with me, then I told him to look at his invoice and see the note with both my numbers, he apologized for the mistake..He did come out Wed. and replace the part, originally I was quoted 69 for diagnosis, he charged me 80. When he came back he wanted another 100, I explained to him that was not what the lady on the phone had told me, so he called her, all she said was if that's what he says that's what it is. We had a bit of a heated exchange, I paid him and told him to leave, I was not happy , would not recommend. I will say that the refrigerator is working, I just didn't like the fact that the customer service was terrible
