| axton | DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The technician came out to look at our refrigerator, said we needed refrigerant and pretended to fill it. Charged us 165 and would only take cash. He said the refrigerator would take a few hours to start cooling, which it did, but not to an optimal level. When I called back to inquire about payment methods, they said they accept credit cards. When I told them the technician requested cash only they provided excuses for why. They said they could send the same technician back out for another service fee, but we declined. Lesson learned. |
| Daniel DeWoskin | Repairman was polite, professional, and excellent in every way. The business, however, had us waiting three days to get a technician out to us. There was never a call and never an explanation. When we called, they claimed that a technician had called in sick the past two days. However, they never called to cancel or reschedule. When we called, we were simply told that someone would be out the next day. So, in all fairness, I'd give the technician who showed up 5 stars. This business is not well run and doesn't deserve more than 1 Star. Keep looking. |
