Then don't show up for the appointment, don't call to let you know they aren't coming. They don't respect the fact that some ppl have to take off work for these appointments. So I missed 2 days pay. Don't waste your time they apparently don't need to do every job. Or they pick and choice which jobs they want to do. |

They did a cleaning but quoted her 1,300 for service and said it would only last for one year - after which the Air Conditioner / heat pump would need to be replaced. We called Independence Mechanical locally run shop I might add. Brandon came out thank you Brandon and after his inspection said the only problem was the filter restricting the airflow. One new filter later - problem solve. 1,300 not paid,; fear, uncertainty and doubt gone. Great service from Independence Mechanical and Brandon. Thank you! |
