| Sara Beth | I brought my own parts because my boyfriend was gonna do my break pads and rotors for me but we ended up not having time for it so I called and asked if it was ok that I brought my own parts. They said it was fine. Charged me for not only the labor but doubles it because I didn't use their parts. EVN THOUGH I ASK FOR AN ESTIMATE AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ONE. 700 later I have new breaks and rotors.. learning now coveys will do your whole car for less than half what they did mine for. Guy behind the desk lied to me on several diffent occasions and had the nerve to get smart with me when I called him out . My family won't be coming here anymore and if you have half a brain I suggest taking your cars to coveys. They're customer service is through the roof compared to this pit stop. |
