Jeremiah Sepolen	HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our refrigerator stopped cooling so we scheduled the service for Dec. 24th, Christmas Eve. When the morning for service came they called me and told me no one would be able to come until Dec.30th A WHOLE WEEK LATER. When I called customer solutions and told them they have ruined Christmas they still refused to put us back on the schedule or offer any discounts. The case worker also refused to allow me to speak to her supervisor.
