| Patrick Hostetler | I wanted to buy a 1580 dining room set. After finishing paperwork, I was standing at the counter and witnessed a baby cockroach run across some paperwork. Within 3 mins of witnessing the baby I saw a full grown cockroach run across the wall in broad daylight. At this point I was very sceptical to allow delivery of table, but decided it was just a table and took delivery. On delivery two of the chairs were broken and one was put together wrong. I called to address this and was told Jessica would return my call. I waited all day and recieved 0 calls. I finally called the office at 10 till closing. I spoke with Jessica and she admitted that she just failed to plan her day accordingly to allow a 3 min phone call to me. At this point I requested the set be returned. When the crew came to pick up the table it was explained to me by them that they purposely put it together wrong because the screws wouldn't stay in. This is a 1500 table that was ruined by the staff at this location. Definitely would not recommend this place. |
