| yelorsirhc . | I took my truck here to get an alignment on a Friday. Drove home and the alignment was clearly not done correctly. I called back and talked to the guy and he said no problem bring it back on Monday first thing. So I did. They had another truck on the rack that had a broken fuel line so it couldn't be moved. The manager talked to me and said I could come back at another time and I said I didn't really want to. He said I will give you a refund no problem at all! Even though the alignment was not correct the manager along with the guy who did the alignment were super nice and more than happy to make it right. I have a lifted truck so it is more difficult to align and they do not have an electronic machine. This review isn't about the alignment, things go wrong. It's how employees handle things when that does happen. The manager was more than nice a d did not argue with me one bit. This is what customer service should be! |
