| Spencer Ford | Our dryer was not working properly, continuing to run without ending the cycle. We had Sears Appliance Repair out. He made no effort to diagnose the repair needed. He estimated that it could cost 500 to repair. We subsequently ordered the 65 timer and made the repair ourselves in less than an hour. It was clear that the "repairman" never intended to make a repair. He was there to collect the fee for coming out. Then he screwed up the credit card payment and even though I can see the charge went through I am getting billed by a collection service. I try to call and can't get through to a person. Best to avoid these people entirely. |
