I could not be more dissatisfied with this place if I tried. We bought a used washer and dryer from them last month, it cost about 527, they delivered them, and within two days of them being delivered I went into the store to tell them the problems I was having with them. My washer grinds loudly & its highest level only fills the washing drum up 1/2 way with water. Also, I've wine noticed the agitation is almost nonexistent, so my clothes arent really g being clean. The dryer doesn't heat up very much, which they blame fully on my apts need to clean the lint outoutfoutoutfroutoutfoutoutfrom the exit thru the wall, so it takes up to 2 hrs to dry a 1/2 size load of laundry. They sent an employee out to "fix" those problems in the 1st wk. He made the washer a little quieter, but it still grinds, & he unplugged the back hose from the dryer to the wall completely. Which makes my house humid, & hot. So I am not able to run the dryer for more than 20 mins max then I have to wait for the house to airout. My daughter Dad asked for a refund on the 1st wk, & was told they dont give refunds, but they'd replace the appliance is if need be. It's been a little bit over a month now, they haven't called me back, and my washer still grinds, and doesn't wash very much, and my dryer still does not really heat up & it's still unplugged from my wall, so I can not do a load of laundry with it being a huge ordeal. Which isnt cool. I have 2 girls here, a Jr high & a high schooler, I HAVE TO BE ABLE TO DO LAUNDRY DAILY & I CAN'T. I am extremely dissatisfied. Especially considering how much money was paid for these appliances. There lack of customer care is garbage & I will never go back there again at this point. I expect something to be done about this, & not be told I need to being them in. I DIDN'T SELL ME STUFF THAT DOESN'T WORK!! We paid a delivery fee for a reason, & it a not on me when the items haven't worked since the 1st day I got them. But this place has not cared at all. We could have gotten something better, that would've worked perfectly for way cheaper on Facebook.
