| Zsadist Mjolnirborn | I swear, there is no better Rent A Center than the one here in Great Bend. Customer service is phenomenal. Luiz, the general manager, goes above and beyond all expectations. Our POS landlord broke Our outside air conditioner and there was no hesitation, they were there within 15 mins with an AC window unit. Will, well although he's quiet you would never guess that he has the softest heart out of everyone that works there. Dalton, he is the clown lol. Always makes everyone laugh no matter how hard your day was. And last there is Sassy Lexi. She is honest and always straight forward, and although she may be rough around the edges, she is very kind and always listens when you have issues with a product from their store. I do not know the newwest guy that works there very well, but if he is trained by all these great people I am dure he will be just as good. I don't know who the area manager is for this store, but in my personal opinion I think they have all deserved a raise. Hope their bosses see this comment. |
